Washington Woods is a custom-home enclave on Naperville's south side, in the Will County portion of the city just west of Washington Street. Developed in the mid-2000s, it is one of the area's newer luxury subdivisions. Its interior lanes stay quiet, screened by the wooded setting that gives the neighborhood its name.

The homes are large, individually designed residences on generous lots, the kind of estate-scale construction that defined Naperville's high-end building boom of the 2000s.
