Tall Grass

Tall Grass is one of the larger master-planned communities in far southwest Naperville, set in the Will County portion of the city, south of 95th Street and west of Route 59. It was built during Naperville's major southward expansion, when farmland gave way to fully planned neighborhoods designed around shared amenities, open space, and a connected network of streets and paths.

The community is organized around a clubhouse and pool, with a series of ponds and greenways threading between the homes. The housing is predominantly two-story single-family construction built within a relatively concentrated period. The result is a consistent architectural character, with enough variety in floor plan and elevation to keep the streetscape from feeling uniform.
