Springbrook Estates is an established neighborhood on the west side of Naperville, set off Rickert Drive in DuPage County. It took shape in the late 1980s, and today it reads as a settled residential pocket of detached single-family homes on curving, sidewalk-lined streets.
The neighborhood is built around larger two-story homes framed by mature trees and consistent streetscapes, with the loop of Ambleside Circle running through its center. Curbs, sidewalks, and street lighting carry across the surrounding streets.
