Maplebrook is an established residential community in south-central Naperville, west of Washington Street and comprising the Maplebrook I and Maplebrook II sections on either side of 75th Street. It is best known as one of the city's enduring swim and tennis neighborhoods, with a private club, pool, and courts that have anchored community life since the homes were built.

The neighborhood took shape from the mid-1960s through the 1970s, a cohesive collection of single-family homes on tree-lined streets, with a range of sizes and a mix of housing toward its edges. Decades of ownership have given Maplebrook a settled, established character, and its mature landscaping and walkable layout continue to draw buyers to this part of the city.
