Jefferson Estates is an upscale enclave on the near-west side of downtown Naperville, set along West Jefferson Avenue east of River Road and north of Aurora Avenue in DuPage County. Developed by Charleston Building and Development, it took shape between 2006 and 2018 and reads today as a settled pocket of large, custom-built homes.

The neighborhood is made up of detached single-family homes built to individual designs, with a stretch of landscaped open space woven through the subdivision and an active homeowners association that maintains the common grounds. Brick and stone exteriors, generous lots, and mature plantings give the streets a consistent, high-end character.

Downtown Naperville, the Riverwalk, and Centennial Beach all sit within walking distance to the east, with the BNSF Metra station about a mile away. The shopping and dining of downtown and the commuter routes along Aurora Avenue and Washington Street keep everyday conveniences close at hand.
