“An established north Naperville neighborhood built around Arrowhead Park, where ball fields, a playground, and sledding hills anchor everyday life.”
Indian Hill is an established residential neighborhood in north Naperville, south of Diehl Road and straddling Washington Street. The neighborhood is anchored by Arrowhead Park, a neighborhood park with a playground, baseball diamond, basketball courts, soccer fields, walking paths, and a sledding hill that residents use throughout the year.
The neighborhood was built out largely from the 1970s through the 1990s, and its homes reflect that range. Bi-level and Colonial designs anchor much of the streetscape, with a scattering of other styles mixed in, the result of a neighborhood that filled in over time rather than to a single plan. Many of the original homes have been updated and expanded over the years, a common pattern in an established neighborhood of this era.
The location offers convenient access to I-88 and the corporate corridor, with downtown Naperville and the BNSF Metra station a short drive away. For buyers drawn to an established neighborhood with a park close at hand, Indian Hill offers a settled, residential feel with full connection across the western suburbs.
