Huntington Hill occupies the west side of Naper Boulevard in eastern Naperville, set north of Gartner Road within DuPage County. Naper Boulevard marks the boundary between Naperville and Lisle here, and the neighborhood sits firmly on the Naperville side, on curving residential streets that step gently with the terrain.

Most of the homes were built across the late 1970s and early 1980s as part of the broader Huntington area, a cluster of single-family subdivisions that filled in this corner of the city during its first wave of eastward growth. The architecture reflects the traditional styles of the era, and the original homes have matured alongside a tree canopy that now shades much of the neighborhood.

The setting is quiet and residential, with the practical advantages of a central east-side address. I-88 is reachable at Naper Boulevard, downtown Naperville and the BNSF Metra station sit a short drive to the northwest, and the corporate corridor along the interstate is close at hand, a balance that continues to draw buyers to this established part of the western suburbs.
